What does an in-home visit look like?

Tell us about the medical companion service and why include transportation services.

“This is a special service I created because so many patients told me they forget what was said at appointments, or they wish someone could go with them.

A nurse attends your appointment with you, take thorough notes, help ask questions, and make sure you understand the plan. It brings peace of mind and helps you feel supported every step of the way.”

“Transportation can be a huge barrier — especially for patients who don’t drive or don’t feel comfortable driving long distances.

By offering reliable, safe transportation to your medical visits, I take that stress away. You can focus on your health instead of the logistics.”

How does the Superbill work?

“After your visit, I provide an itemized receipt called a Superbill with all required ICD-10 and CPT codes that insurances require. You can submit it to your insurance company, and depending on your plan, you may get reimbursed.

It allows you to still use your benefits while keeping the flexibility of direct-pay care.”

Why a cash-based model?

“I chose a cash-based model for one big reason: freedom — for both patients and providers.

Insurance creates delays, limits options, and takes away time that should be spent with you. By removing that layer, I can offer same-day visits, longer appointments, transparent pricing, and truly personalized care.

And for those who still want to use their insurance, I provide a superbill so you can submit for possible reimbursement. You get the best of both worlds — convenience and flexibility.”
